Customer notice on referral fees

For GORINY partners: have your client read and sign this form before the client signs up, as required by clause 6.2 of the partner agreement. Print it from this page, or copy the text into your own document. Use the text of parts 2 to 4 as it is, without cutting anything.
- Complete part 1, then have the client read and sign, before the client signs up.
- Send the client your link or code. The client opens the link, or types the code in the Partner code (optional) box on the sign-up page themselves, before the first payment. You do not sign up or fill in the sign-up form for the client.
- Keep the signed copy for 5 years, and send a copy to GORINY within 7 days when we ask (clauses 6.2 and 6.6).
- If you later become the auditor of this business, tell GORINY within 7 days (clause 6.7).
Part 1. The referrer and the business being referred
Part 2. Notice about the referral fee
The referrer informs the business that
- The referrer is a partner in the GORINY Business Suite partner programme and receives a referral fee from Chaimongkol Inter Group Co., Ltd., company registration number 0115559021627.
- If the business signs up with the referrer's link or code, the referrer earns a referral fee every time the business pays its service fee: 15% of the service fee excluding VAT, and 20% from month 14 while the business is actually using the service and pays with its own card or account.
- The business pays the same price. The referral fee is not added to the price. The business pays the price published at goriny.com/pricing, the same as someone who signs up on their own, and gets 30 extra free trial days when signing up with this link or code.
- The referrer only shares the link or code. The business reads the information, prices and conditions on goriny.com, then signs up, agrees and pays GORINY directly. The referrer does not collect money on GORINY's behalf and has no authority to agree any condition for GORINY.
- The business decides freely. It may use GORINY or choose another program. Not using GORINY does not affect any other work or service the referrer provides to the business.
- The business may ask at any time to see the referral fees the referrer has earned from this business, from the referrer or at hello@goriny.com.
Part 3. The referrer's confirmations
The referrer confirms that
- Neither the referrer nor any auditor in the same firm is the certified public accountant who audits this business's financial statements.
- The referrer does not hold shares in, or have management authority over, this business.
- The referrer has not offered any price, discount or gift beyond what is published on goriny.com, and has not signed up on behalf of the business.
Part 4. The business name in the referral fee list (optional)
The GORINY sign-up page has a box for agreeing to let the referrer see the shop's name in the referral fee list. The box is not ticked in advance, and the business chooses when signing up. If it is not ticked, the referrer sees this business only as a sequence number with the referral fee. Not agreeing does not affect signing up, use of the program or the price, and the consent can be withdrawn at any time by email to hello@goriny.com.
This programme does not let the referrer see the business's business data, such as bills, tax or ledgers. The referrer sees that data only if the business separately invites the referrer into the program as its accountant, with the permissions the business sets. Details of how data is used are at goriny.com/privacy.

The business receives 1 copy of this form, and electronic signatures are accepted.
