Frequently asked questions
Do I need to add a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card, and nothing is charged automatically.
When can I cancel?
Cancel any time from the Settings page. It takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no penalty.
Who owns the data?
All data belongs to your business. Export it any time, and we never let one business see another business's data.
How does pricing work with multiple branches?
You only pay for the branches you actually use: 690 THB per branch per month on the Starter plan, or 1,690 THB on the Business plan. For example, 2 branches on Starter cost 1,380 THB a month. All branches live in one account, and you can view totals or each branch on its own. During the 14-day trial you can open as many branches as you like at no cost, and billing starts from the number of branches open on the day of your first payment.
If I open a new branch mid-month, do I pay for the whole month?
No. You only pay for the days left in the billing cycle. For example, on the Business plan, opening a new branch with 16 of 31 days left costs just 872.26 THB instead of 1,690 THB. You always see the amount before you confirm. Once paid, the new branch is ready to use right away, and from the next cycle you are billed for your branches as usual. On a yearly plan, you pay for the days left in the year, once, by PromptPay or card.
If I return a branch or downgrade, what happens to what I already paid?
You keep using everything for the full cycle you paid for. Returning a branch and downgrading take effect on the last day of the billing cycle, and until then everything works as usual. If you change your mind, you can cancel the branch return for free, or move the returned branch's slot to a new branch right away at no extra cost. The returned branch's data stays intact. We don't refund cycles that have already been paid. Upgrades take effect straight away, and you only pay the difference for the days left.
Do you issue tax invoices for the subscription?
The price shown is the price you pay, with no VAT added. The program issues a receipt for the service fee. A tax invoice for the fee cannot be issued yet, because the provider is not yet VAT-registered.
My team has several people. Do I pay per person?
No. Both Starter and Business have unlimited users. Add as many staff as you need, each with their own account and permissions. The price depends only on the number of branches.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
Everything you recorded stays. Nothing is charged automatically. You can still view your data, but you can't save new entries until you choose a plan. Pick either plan whenever you're ready, and once paid you carry on with your existing data straight away.
I use Excel now. Is moving over a hassle?
Not at all. Import thousands of products and customers from an Excel file in one go. The system checks every row for you to review before saving, and if an import goes wrong you can cancel the whole batch within 7 days.
