    One account for several shops, switch from the top bar

    • People who work for several shops, such as bookkeepers, use one email to reach every shop that invited them, with no new account per shop
    • Tap the shop name in the top bar to switch shops. After switching you land on that shop's home page
    • Shop owners can invite an existing account, and the invited person accepts or declines the invitation themselves

    Partner programme for accounting firms is open

    • Accounting firms and bookkeepers can apply to become partners on the /partners page and get a personal link and code to share with clients
    • Earn a 15% referral fee every time the shop pays, rising to 20% from month 14 for shops that stay
    • Shops that sign up through the link pay the listed price, with no referral fee added

    Bot protection on the sign-in page

    • The sign-in page, the forgot-password page and the demo button now have Cloudflare bot protection, which stops automated programs from guessing passwords
    • It works in the background, so people sign in as before. If the check is unsure, it asks you to confirm once

    Payroll and working hours follow the labour law

    • Overtime rates cannot be set below the legal minimum: at least 1.5 times on working days and 3 times for overtime on holidays
    • Daily workers are paid for leave that the law says is paid, and get one extra day of pay for working on a public holiday
    • Monthly staff who start or leave mid-month are paid for the days they actually worked
    • Time summaries deduct the break even when nobody clocked out for it, and overnight shifts count as one day
    • The latest payroll period can be unapproved if the PND 1 for that month has not been filed yet

    Undo entries recorded by mistake, with the accounts reversed for you

    • Customer receipts and supplier payments recorded by mistake can be cancelled with a reason, and the program reverses the entries and restores the balance
    • Cash drawer movements during a shift and customer refunds can be cancelled the same way
    • Returned goods and cancelled sales bills now recalculate the average cost correctly
    • Purchases in foreign currency keep the baht unit price to 4 decimal places, so stock cost matches the accounts

    Snap a receipt and the program fills in the form

    • Take a photo on the expenses page and the program reads the seller, tax ID, number, date and amounts, then fills the form. Fields it is unsure of are marked for a second look
    • Nothing is saved until you press save, and the photo is kept with the entry
    • It also reads supplier tax invoices on purchase bills, P.P.20 certificates of suppliers or customers, bank statement PDFs and supplier price lists
    • It warns when the invoice was recorded before, when the seller is your own business, or when the tax invoice names another buyer

    Deactivate products instead of deleting them

    • Products you no longer sell can be deactivated, and their sales history and tax reports stay complete
    • Deactivated products are hidden from product pickers and the sales screen and are not counted as low stock. You can reactivate them at any time
    • Exported Excel files include a status column showing active or deactivated

    • Enter your shop name, email and business type on the sign-up page, then use the link in the email to set your password
    • No card and no tax ID needed to sign up

    Drawer cash in and out and shift cash differences are now posted to the books automatically

    • When cash goes in or out of the drawer, pick what it is for, such as a shop expense, a bank deposit or an owner withdrawal, and the program posts the right accounts
    • When a shift closes short or over, the program records the difference in a cash over and short account right away
    • Cash in your financial statements matches the cash in the drawer, so your accountant does not have to adjust it at month end
    • Record goods bought for resale in Purchasing so stock and cost of goods sold stay correct

    Send tax invoices by email with e-Tax Invoice by Email

    • One click gives you a PDF/A-3 file with the email subject and recipients in the format the Revenue Department sets
    • Works for full tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes
    • The program remembers which documents were prepared, for whom and when
    • You send from the email address registered with the Revenue Department. For VAT-registered businesses with revenue up to 30 million baht a year that have signed up for the service

    Bank reconciliation in the program, from importing the file to closing the period

    • Import statement lines from your bank's Excel or CSV file. Overlapping date ranges don't create duplicates.
    • Pairs are suggested when amounts match, several entries can be matched to one bank amount, and fees or interest can be posted straight from that line.
    • Close the period at month end to lock its lines, then print the reconciliation for your accountant.
    • Use Excel or CSV files from your bank. PDF files can't be read yet.

    • Invoices close in full and the cash received matches your bank account
    • All tax withheld from you on one page, by month or for the whole year
    • Keep track of certificates you have not received yet and add the numbers later

    Stock adjustments, stock counts, production and branch transfers now post to your books automatically

    • The inventory on your balance sheet follows the stock in your warehouse every time goods move
    • Enter opening stock when you create a product or from a file. It is booked as opening capital, not as profit or loss
    • Production cost includes labour and overhead
    • Goods moving between branches stay in your books until they are received

    POS slips now print the Revenue Department machine code (Por.Por.06)

    • Set up a register for each checkout, enter the machine code from your approved Por.Por.06, and every abbreviated tax invoice slip from that register prints it
    • Each register has its own document numbering, so you can see at a glance which checkout issued each receipt
    • End-of-day sales summary per register, ready to print and keep for the Revenue Department
    • No code yet? Keep selling as usual and add the code when it arrives

    Import products, customers and opening receivables from Excel yourself

    • Import up to 20,000 products per file into several branches at once, with opening stock per branch
    • Import your customer list. Existing customers are matched by code, tax ID or phone, so nobody is duplicated
    • Bring in unpaid invoices from your old program, one per row. Record payments right away, and they do not count as this month's sales
    • Every file is checked. Files with macros or embedded content are refused. Review every row before saving, and undo a whole batch within 7 days
    • Export products and customers to Excel, change prices for the whole shop in the file, and import it back
