- Invoice numbers must run in sequence with no repeats or gaps. Keep track of the numbers you have used.
Frequently asked questions
Is an invoice made here a valid tax invoice?
Yes, if the shop is VAT-registered and all 8 items are filled in. The page tells you which are missing. The shop must keep the numbers in sequence and keep its own copies.
Is the information I enter stored?
No. It stays in your browser only and is not sent anywhere. Close the page and it is gone.
What if I issue invoices every day?
Use a program that numbers invoices for you, keeps every copy and totals them for the PP.30 return, so there is no re-typing and no missed numbers.
Issue invoices every day? Let the program do it
In GORINY a tax invoice comes from the real sales bill. It numbers itself, updates stock, posts to the books and is totalled for PP.30 every month, with no re-typing.
