Frequently asked questions
What should a payslip show?
The company or shop name, the employee's name, the pay month, the pay date, each earning and each deduction, the totals of both, and the net pay the employee receives. Press the example button to see a complete payslip.
How much social security is deducted?
Employees pay 5% of wages. In 2026 the wage used is capped at 17,500 baht, so the most deducted is 875 baht a month, and the lowest wage used is 1,650 baht. This page works it out from total earnings on the slip. If some items do not count as wages, untick the box and enter the amount yourself under deductions.
How much income tax should I withhold from salary?
Work it out from the year's income less expenses and allowances, then spread it over the months. Use the personal income tax calculator and divide by 12.
Is the information I enter stored?
