Morning
The owner opens the dashboard on their phone and sees yesterday's sales and gross profit by branch.
During the day
Each branch sells under its own permissions. Documents are separated by the selling branch, and stock is deducted from that branch.
Afternoon
Branch A is running low and sees Branch B has stock. Create a stock transfer, and the receiving branch confirms when the goods arrive.
End of day
Every branch closes its shift. The system totals cash and differences per branch for the owner to see in one place.
Month-end

- Yes, per branch. The Business plan is 1,690 THB per branch per month, and all branches sit in one account you can view together.
- Can a branch manager see only their own branch?
- Yes. Set each person's access: which branches they can see and what they can do. Owners and accountants see all branches.
- Does each branch register for VAT separately or together?
- You register once under the business name, and each branch gets its own registration certificate. The P.P.30 is filed separately for each branch unless you've been approved to file jointly. In the app, the P.P.30 page works one branch at a time: you choose the branch when creating the report. There is not yet a combined form covering all branches in one.
